BPW will use RTX 2026 to launch BRAKE TRAK PRO, a new vehicle safety platform designed to improve operational efficiency while helping fleets meet compliance requirements.

Making its debut at the Warwickshire show, the system combines a DVSA-compliant electronic brake performance monitoring system (EBPMS) with a range of optional safety features including tyre pressure monitoring, brake lining wear sensors and individual wheel station sensing.

BPW says the platform is designed to maximise vehicle uptime, reduce maintenance costs and improve safety across trailer fleets.

The company will also showcase its AirSave automatic tyre inflation system, which uses a trailer's existing pneumatic system to maintain optimum tyre pressures. In the event of a pressure loss, the system alerts the driver, helping to improve safety while reducing fuel consumption and emissions.

Also on display will be BPW's ePower electric drive axle for refrigerated transport. The system uses dual generators to convert wheel rotation into electrical energy, which is stored in a battery and used to support refrigeration equipment, reducing fuel use and emissions.

Returning to the stand this year is BPW's Formula Renault racing car, fitted with the company's drum and disc braking systems. Live hub removal demonstrations will be used to highlight maintenance advantages and showcase the differences between the two brake technologies.

The BPW team will be on hand throughout the show to discuss braking, tyre management and trailer electrification technologies with visitors.
