The 7.5tonne GVW truck sector remains one of the UK’s largest single market sectors, responsible for approximately a fifth of all the trucks on the road and accounting for about 4,000 new truck sales per year. With the shift to zero-emission vehicles over the short to medium term, the sector looks primed for electrification. This session brings together two major UK fleet operators and two of the new market players, Yutong and Rightech, to discuss the sector and its expected revitalisation.
