In 2024, he was appointed CEO of Pramac UK, where he gained invaluable experience leading a global power generation brand. He then returned to Vital Group at the start of 2025, stepping into the CEO role with a fresh outlook, stronger industry connections, and a renewed vision for future growth.

Now heading up Vital Group, Josh is leading the company into its next phase of strategic growth, with a strong focus on energy resilience, electrification, and sustainability.
