Colin has 25 years’ experience in Alternative Fuels and Commercial Vehicles. He runs his own consultancy JouleVert Ltd (www.joulevert.com) where he represents and advises fleets, fuel providers and alternative technology companies on decarbonisation and emission reduction processes. He is a member of both Zemo Partnership (where he was the Fuels Working Group Chair from 2020 until end 2023) and the Renewable Transport Fuels Association. He has advised DfT, Innovate UK, and BEIS. He was part of the team that designed and set up the Renewable Transport Fuels Obligation.
