Malcolm started his career in the Scottish transport sector working for a small family owned food logistics business in Glasgow. He was Scottish GM for Langdon's, then part of the Nagel Group for 10 years and has worked for the Gregory Group since 2017, initially as a Director to represent Gregory's interests in the 50/50 JV with Hayton Coulthard and now has board responsibility for the Gregory Group businesses in Scotland, which include Pollock Transport, ARR Craib Transport, John Mitchell Grangemouth and Gregory Group warehouse operations in Scotland.
