Visitor FAQs 

A. Entry is FREE and you register online through the website. 

A. Yes, you may register on arrival to the show. However, we recommend you register in advance. As a pre-registered visitor you will gain a faster entry to the show. 

A. Badges will be emailed to you prior to the event. By following the instructions on your registration confirmation email, please download your badge as a PDF and print at home. We will be operating a printing service at the entrance if you do not have access to a printer. Please ensure you are able to display your badge when you arrive to gain access to the show.

A. Yes, once you have registered yourself online, you can register a colleague or friend that is also within the industry.

A. Yes. Your badge gives you access to both days of the show.

A. More than 50 suppliers will be showcasing the latest trucks, trailers, tyres, tippers, tankers, safety equipment, and much more. View the exhibitor list here. 

A. The show is indoors, located in Hall 3 at the SEC. Click here to find out more about the venue.

A. Under 16's will be allowed access during show open hours. Under 16's do not need to register but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on site. Under 16's are not allowed within the exhibition halls at any time during build-up or breakdown. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person if there are any complaints or if we believe their presence may compromise the safety of themselves or others.

A. Yes, this is free and available once on site.

A. There is a multi-story car park opposite the SEC which is owned by the Glasgow City Council. Postcode: G3 8GS

A. The SEC is a fully accessible venue. The multi-story car park opposite the venue, operated by Glasgow City Council, has designated disabled blue badge parking bays and payment of the car park tariff is required before you exit.

SEC also welcome assistance dogs throughout the venue.

A. Please use postcode G3 8GS to direct you to the multi-story car park. On arrival follow the signs to SEC. The exhibition is held in Hall 3.

A. The closest train station is Exhibition Way which is a dedicated train station for the SEC. This station is accessible, on disembarking a lift is available to take you to street level. A covered walkway connects the station to the SEC.

A. RTX Scotland has a dedicated catering area outside of Hall 3. There is also a restaurant, bar and newsagents within the SEC, catering for a wide range of dietary requirements. 

A. On arrival to the SEC, follow directional signage or ask the Information Desk for directions to RTX Scotland/Hall 3. Once you have arrived at Hall 3, a show guide with floorplan will be available to collect from registration, to help you navigate your way around the hall.
