Glen has been employed in logistics and transport all his working life (which is quite some time). He is currently managing director at The Driver Handbook, a technology solution that is revolutionising driver communications. He is also technical advisor at FORS and the editor of both Lowe's Transport Managers Handbook and the RHA’s Operator Handbook. Previously, he led the freight safety and environment programme at Transport for London and his earlier career gained him first-hand operational experience where he was responsible for fleet capability, transport compliance and road safety across a 9000-vehicle fleet. He is a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the Chair of its Transport & Logistics Safety Forum.
