Adam is an experienced business leader with 30 years of experience in the logistics industry. Throughout his career, he has held various operational roles before transitioning into Engineering and Fleet leadership. He currently serves as the Fleet Procurement & Operational Systems Director at Menzies Distribution Solutions, where he leads all technical services, including Fleet, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and Operational IT systems. Adam is responsible for managing a fleet of over 2,500 assets and is committed to delivering safe, sustainable, and innovative solutions that address both customer and business needs. A previous Motor Transport Awards Winner, winning the Technical Excellence award in 2020, demonstrating his expertise and leadership in the field.
