Q. How much does it cost to attend?
A. Entry is FREE and you register online through the website.
Q. Can I register on arrival at the show?
A. Yes, you may register on arrival to the show. However, we recommend you register in advance. As a pre-registered visitor you will gain a faster entry to the show.
Q. What if I have forgotten or didn't receive my E-badge?
A. Badges will be emailed to you prior to the event. By following the instructions on your registration confirmation email, please download your badge as a PDF and print at home. We will be operating a printing service at the entrance if you do not have access to a printer. Please ensure you are able to display your badge when you arrive to gain access to the show.
Q. Can I register my colleague and / or friend?
A. Yes, once you have registered yourself online, you can register a colleague or friend that is also within the industry.
Q. Can I attend for more than 1 day?
A. Yes. Your badge gives you access to both days of the show.
Q. Who is exhibiting at RTX Northern Ireland?
A. More than 50 suppliers will be showcasing the latest trucks, trailers, tyres, tippers, tankers, safety equipment, and much more. View the exhibitor list here.
Q. Is the show indoors or outdoors?
A. The show is both indoors and outdoors. It also offers a Ride & Drive experience. Please wear weather appropriate clothing.
Q. Are under 16's allowed into the show?
A. Under 16's will be allowed access during show open hours. Under 16's do not need to register but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on site. Under 16's are not allowed within the exhibition halls at any time during build-up or breakdown. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person if there are any complaints or if we believe their presence may compromise the safety of themselves or others.
Q. Is WiFi available?
A. Yes, this is free and available once on site.
Q. How much is parking on site?
A. Parking onsite is free. Follow signs on arrival for the free parking.
Q. Is disabled parking available?
A. The Eikon Exhibition Centre is a fully accessible venue. If you have any queries regarding accessibility please contact rtxnorthernireland@roadtransport.com
Q. What are the closest train stations?
A. The Eikon Exhibition Centre is located just 4 miles from Lisburn Train Station which is regularly serviced from Belfast and Newry directions. Taxi's are available to book upon arrival at Lisburn Train Station.

Q. Where can I eat / drink?
A. There is a dedicated catering area within the the Eikon, catering for a wide range of dietary requirements.
Q. How do I find my way around the show once I have arrived?
A. On arrival to the Eikon Exhibition Centre follow directional signage to the Eikon hall. Once you have arrived at the entrance you will be registered and will gain access into the hall and outside area. A show guide with floorplan will be available to collect from registration, to help you navigate your way around the show.
