Q. How much does it cost to attend?
A. Entry is FREE and you register online through the website. Alternatively, click here to register for your FREE ticket now.
Q. Can I register on arrival at the show?
A. Yes, you may register on arrival to the show. However, we recommend you register in advance. As a pre-registered visitor you will gain a faster entry to the show. Register for your FREE ticket here.
Q. What if I have forgotten or didn't receive my E-badge?
A. Badges will be emailed to you before the event. Please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to download your badge as a PDF and print it. If you do not have access to a printer, a badge printing service will be available at the entrance. Ensure you have your badge ready to display upon arrival to gain access to the show.
Q. Can I register my colleague and / or friend?
A. Yes, once you have registered yourself online, you can also register a colleague or friend who is in the industry. Simply follow the instructions on the registration site to send them an invitation.
Q. Can I attend for more than 1 day?
A. Yes. Your badge gives you access to all three days of the show.
Q. Who is exhibiting at Road Transport Expo?
A. Over 300 suppliers will be showcasing the latest trucks, trailers, tyres, tippers, tankers, safety equipment, and much, much more. View the latest exhibitor list here.
Q. Is the show indoors or outdoors?
A. Please be aware that the exhibits at RTX are located both indoors and outdoors, covering a substantial area. The outdoor space may have uneven terrain, so we highly recommend wearing suitable footwear for your safety and comfort.
Additionally, we encourage you to come prepared for the weather on the day you attend the event.
Q. Are under 16's allowed into the show?
A. Under 16's will be allowed access during show open hours. Under 16's do not need to register but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on site. Under 16's are not allowed within the exhibition halls at any time during build-up or breakdown. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person if there are any complaints or if we believe their presence may compromise the safety of themselves or others.
Q. Is WiFi available?
A. Yes, this is free and available once on site.
Q. How much is parking on site?
A. Parking is free on site at NAEC Stoneleigh.
Q. Is disabled parking available?
A. The NAEC Stoneleigh is an accessible venue. On arrival inform a steward and you will be directed to the designated car parking area.

Q. What postcode should I use for my satnav?
A. Please use this postcode: CV8 2LH, or for what 3 words ///reply.took.giant. On arrival follow the road signs to find the visitor car park entrance to the site.
Q. What are the closest train stations?

Q. Where can I eat / drink?
A. There are numerous on-site eating outlets at the show which will cater for a wide range of dietary requirements.
Q. How do I find my way around the show once I have arrived?
A. On arrival a show guide and map will be available to collect at the entrance. There will also be large signs and our visitor experience team will be on hand to help you find your way around. There will also be a show App which will be available for download nearer the time.
Q. Are seminars free to attend?

Q. Are there live demonstrations and flashing lights at the show?
A. Yes! In addition to our Ride & Drive feature, some exhibition stands will have live demonstrations, moving equipment, and flashing lights. For your safety, please stay alert, follow designated walkways, and adhere to any instructions from exhibitors and event staff.
Q. Will there be any filming or photography at the event?
A. Photographs and video will be taken at this event. By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for visual presentation or social media or marketing purposes relating to the event or future events organised by DVV Media International Ltd.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.
